Factual Photo is excited to announce that
F.A.C.T.S is nearly complete!

Throughout December, while our clients are
nestled all snug in their beds with visions of
sugar plums dancing in their heads, Factual
Photo is hard at work bringing F.A.C.T.S
-Fast, Accurate, Case Tracking System - to
completion.

This web-based system is designed to be a
service portal for our clients, allowing for
fast, accurate case updates and information
exchange necessary to expedite
assignments. Clients will be able to enter
case information, place orders and track the
progress of cases. Secure access to
F.A.C.T.S will be available directly through
the Factual Photo web-site at
www.factualphoto.com - by clicking "Logon
to F.A.C.T.S".

Rapid development of the system has been
ongoing throughout 2007 and rigorous
testing began in the fall. Currently,
company-wide training is underway and
Factual Photo will begin introducing our
clients to F.A.C.T.S in January 2008.

We are very proud of this system and would
like to thank the many clients that have
assisted in the development.
