Surveillance

One of the most effective ways to determine the validity of claims is through the use of video documentation. As innovators in the application of electronic and technical tools, we incorporate their use into our investigations on a daily basis.

Every one of our investigators is equipped with specialized digital cameras; custom built body-worn covert cameras, Bogen tripods, push-to-talk communication with GPS capability, two-way radios, laptops with mobile network capability and much more. Whether our assignments are in rural America or Big City, USA, our technology makes us capable of adapting to any surrounding and enhances our performance. However, NO technology is a substitute for our philosophy of good old-fashioned hard work.

Teamwork
Through client/investigator teamwork, it is sometimes possible to determine when, where and why a claimant will be active. Strong communication and intelligence is the key to overall success. This team approach further increases the opportunity to obtain results and reduces the amount of time to do so.

Preliminary Surveillance
When information is limited we will perform pre-surveillance to increase the odds of a successful operation. We equate a prelim to studying for a test. The results are always better if you do your homework! We use a sophisticated database, investigative resources, file review and client-provided information to confirm your claimant's most recent address. We also verify vehicle information, telephone number, property ownership and more. Analysis of the accumulated information will assist in determining the best use of your budget.

Our Philosophy is FACT
It is not just our philosophy, but "Factual Photo fact", that when we conduct a minimum of two, 10-hour days of surveillance, videotape evidence is obtained on 90% of our files. Your goal is to obtain videotape footage. Don't fall short with half days of observation.

During the Course of Investigation
Through use of our state-of-the-art communication, you can be in contact with field staff promptly. Claimant activity is recorded on DV format and videotape clips can be sent directly to you from the field. Equipped with secure wireless data access, you are able to see what is transpiring on the day of the investigation. This is an extremely useful visual tool in your decision-making process. Client updates and videotape clips are provided according to your needs and guidelines (minumum one update daily). All of our Management Team can be contacted by e-mail, telephone and cellular phone. We strongly adhere to a policy of keeping you in the loop.
